Planting Wildflowers with Brandy Searcy

Monday Oct 25, 2021
Raised with a Western medicine perspective on the world, Brandy Searcy's eyes were opened to the healing abilities of alternative techniques (beginning with myofascial release and extending as far as Reiki, acupuncture, and Ayurveda) back in 2008 and have expanded as her own health concerns have risen over the past decade plus. Brandy's unique gift to the world is her perspective, one balanced between understanding the powers and limitations of both alternative healing modalities and Western medicine. Both are brought into her role as formulator at Rain Organica, which offers a skincare routine so simple you can take it anywhere. It’s the skincare routine for people who aren’t into skincare products. Her own struggle with acne during her teens and 20s led to a holistic and healthy approach to skincare, embracing skin as an organ to be loved and cared for rather than a canvas to wage war on. Since 2008, she's been developing all-in-one products for a simple routine at home, & Rain Organica started when her backpacking friends asked for a portable skincare routine to keep their skin healthy & happy on and off the trails.PLANTING WILDFLOWERS LISTENERS! enjoy 15% off their purchase at Rain Organica using coupon code: plantingwildflowers15SHOW NOTES
